Are you a caring and passionate individual eager to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? We are currently recruiting multiple Senior Support Workers for a well-established residential service supporting adults aged 18–65 with complex needs. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a vibrant and supportive working environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the daily running of shifts alongside the Registered Manager
- Ensure all compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Assist residents' families and promote independence
- Encourage residents to make their own choices and support their well-being
- Follow personalised care plans tailored to each individual
- Take service users out into the community for outings and activities
- Engage residents in activities like arts and crafts, gardening, and day trips
- Provide varying levels of personal care, always prioritising safety and dignity
About You:
- Previous experience working within a residential care setting
- NVQ Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Resilient, adaptable, and compassionate personality
- A valid driver’s license is essential (due to location)
- Comfortable performing personal care
- Enthusiastic about supporting individuals to lead happy, healthy, and meaningful lives

- Full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rota (07:30–14:30 & 14:30–22:00 shifts)
