Our client, a leading specialist provider, is seeking dedicated Adults Learning Disability Support Workers to join their team on the outskirts of Measteg. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and complex needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Providing therapeutic care and support to adults (18+) with autistic spectrum conditions and complex needs
• Observing, monitoring, and accurately recording residents’ conditions
• Treating each individual with dignity, compassion, and honesty
• Assisting residents through their care pathway to promote independence
• Supporting residents in the community, including attending activities and hobbies (must have a driver’s licence and access to own vehicle)

Requirements:

• A genuine desire to create positive outcomes for adults with learning disabilities
• Empathetic, caring, and resilient personality
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a social care setting
• Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
• Essential: Full UK Driver’s Licence and access to own vehicle
