As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for working closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of individual pupils and small groups. You'll provide assistance during classroom activities, ensuring all students can access the curriculum, and help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Whether you're looking for one day a week, a full five-day schedule, or ad-hoc shifts, we can tailor work requirements to suit your needs and lifestyle. Key Requirements:

To be considered for this vital role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a classroom or similar educational setting.

  • A professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • An adaptable and resilient individual who is patient and proactive.

  • A strong communicator with the ability to build rapport with pupils and work effectively as part of a team.

  • A proactive approach to ensuring a positive learning experience for all students.

  • A relevant qualification in childcare or education would be advantageous.

  • A fully enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) – we can assist with obtaining a new one if needed.

  • References covering the last two years with no unexplained gaps.

  • The Right to Work in the UK.
