The Role
As a Level 2 TA, you will be the "right hand" to the Class Teacher, ensuring that no pupil is left behind.

Pupil Support: Work with small groups to improve reading, writing, and math skills.

Inclusion: Provide 1-on-1 support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), helping them stay engaged and motivated.

Environment: Help set up creative classroom displays and prepare learning materials.

Supervision: Assist with lunchbreak and playground duties, ensuring a safe and happy environment for all.
What You’ll Need

Qualification: A relevant Level 2 qualification (e.g., Level 2 Award/Certificate in Support Work in Schools).

EWC Registration: Must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (or be willing to register—we can guide you through this!).

Safeguarding: A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or we can help you apply for a new one).
