The Role

As a Level 3 TA, you will play a pivotal role in the classroom. You won’t just be "helping out"—you will be a key part of the educational journey.

• Support Learning: Lead small group interventions in Literacy and Numeracy.

• Planning & Prep: Assist the Class Teacher in preparing resources and setting up the learning environment.

• Specialist Support: Work 1-on-1 with pupils who have additional learning needs (ALN).

• Classroom Cover: Use your Level 3 status to occasionally lead the class during short-term teacher absences.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualification: A CACHE Level 3 in Childcare/Education (or equivalent).

• Registration: Must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)—we can help you with this if needed!

• Experience: Previous experience working within a UK school setting is essential.

• DBS: An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain a new one).

• Passion: A genuine desire to support the development of children in the Swansea area.
