Education Recruitment Consultant - Liverpool - 4-Day Working Week!

Salary: £25,000- £38,000 depending on experience basic - Year 1 OTE £30K - £42k | Year 2 £40k - £60k | Year 3 >£60k

We are Vetro Recruitment, a multi-award-winning recruitment company and we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Education Division in our Liverpool office.

Working as a Recruitment Consultant for Vetro Recruitment will see you working in a buoyant sector that is extremely busy with education staff being in high demand for schools across Merseyside.

You will also benefit from a 4-day working week where you will receive a full basic salary and a full annual leave allowance.

Duties and Requirements:

• Identifying and engaging with new and existing schools across Merseyside

• Visiting these settings to understand their requirements and explain how we can support them

• Attracting Education professionals who are matched to the requirements and ethos

• Advertising on job boards, social media and our website

• Interviewing Teachers, Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants and other Education professionals

• Filling vacancies on a supply, ad-hoc and contract basis

• Carrying out industry-specific compliance checks

About you:

You must be someone that is hungry, ambitious and would like to forge a career in recruitment. We offer an uncapped commission scheme so we would expect you to be driven, resilient and hardworking. As well as fun, outgoing and a good team player.

Person required:

• Someone with experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant within the Education sector would be ideal.

• Someone who does not want to earn just a basic salary
