Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student understanding.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve curriculum delivery.
• Monitor and report on student performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at secondary or further education level.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Knowledge of current curriculum standards and assessment methods.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments.
