Key Responsibilities:
- Support patients with mental health needs in a secure environment
- Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately
- Assist trained nurses in delivering direct care and therapeutic support
- Treat each individual with dignity, compassion, and honesty
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all patients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience in an acute mental health setting
- Practical Manual Handling & TMVA training (or willingness to undertake training)
- Right to work in the UK
- Own transport and a valid driving license are essential
- Registered with Social Care Wales or equivalent
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to patient care
