Key Responsibilities:
- Support trained nurses in delivering direct patient care in a mental health setting
- Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately
- Provide therapeutic care with dignity, compassion, and honesty
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients
- Support patients with mental health needs, including personality disorders and offenders requiring low secure care
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months recent UK experience in an acute mental health setting
- Practical Manual Handling & BILD Accredited TMVA training
- Right to work in the UK
- UK residency
- Driving license and own vehicle are essential
- Registration with Social Care Wales
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
