Key Responsibilities:

• Support trained nurses in delivering direct patient care in a mental health setting
• Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately
• Provide therapeutic care with dignity, compassion, and honesty
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients
• Support patients with mental health needs, including personality disorders and offenders requiring low secure care

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months recent UK experience in an acute mental health setting
• Practical Manual Handling & BILD Accredited TMVA training
• Right to work in the UK
• UK residency
• Driving license and own vehicle are essential
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
