Key Responsibilities:
- Support trained nurses in delivering direct patient care in a mental health setting
- Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately

- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of patient progress
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience in an acute mental health setting
- Practical Manual Handling & TMVA training (BILD accredited)
- Right to work in the UK
- UK residency
- Valid driving license and own vehicle
- Registration with Social Care Wales
