Key Responsibilities:
- Support trained nurses in delivering direct patient care in a mental health setting
- Observe, monitor, and record patient conditions accurately
- Provide therapeutic care with dignity, compassion, and honesty
- Assist with patient rehabilitation and treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including manual handling and TMVA procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months recent experience in an acute mental health setting in the UK
- Practical Manual Handling and BILD Accredited TMVA training
- Right to work in the UK
- Own transport and a valid driving licence are essential
- Registered with Social Care Wales
