This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-established care home, ensuring residents’ needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
Job Title: Registered Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN) Care Home
Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire
Salary: £54,000 - £55,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the home and activities within the home
- Ensure the home operates to a high standard and complies with all legal frameworks
- Manage the home to achieve the best possible outcomes for its service users.
- Develop, promote, and maintain high standards of care and best practice.
- Ambassador for the home, promoting and marketing its services to the wider community.
- Ensure the home remains financially viable and sustainably managed.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Strong IT and clerical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to undertake all required in-house training.
- Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification required for registration).
- NMC Registered Nurse with active PIN.
