Are you an organised and compassionate administrator looking for a part-time role with real purpose? We are a dedicated provider of residential care services for children in Derby, and we're looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.
This is a key role in ensuring our office and care homes run smoothly. You'll be a vital part of a supportive team, providing crucial administrative support that allows our management and care staff to focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care.
What you'll do:

Recruitment & HR Support: Manage safer recruitment checks, post job vacancies, and coordinate staff training.

Property & Maintenance: Ensure our residential homes are safe and well-maintained by actioning and tracking maintenance requests.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with financial reports, manage office supplies, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Operational Support: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, manage our social media, and assist with resident admissions.
What we're looking for:

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally within the care or healthcare sector.

Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A discreet and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
