Company Details:
- A well-established organisation that provides residential, clinical, and educational support and care to children and young people across the northwest.
- The organisation seeks to transform the lives of children and young people who have experienced trauma and abuse
- Have a number of provisions that are based across the northwest of England and north of wales.
- There is a child-focused, therapeutic approach to supporting each individual child
- Currently, over 20 specialist residential care homes and education provisions, offering support to children with a range of needs
- Operations Director
- Overall responsibility for the management of all residential provisions
- Line manage Regional Managers, providing leadership and guidance with all parts of their role
- Ensure that each residential care home is safe, supportive and provide therapeutic, child-centered support to each individual young person
- Ensure that each service is compliant, meeting both company and OFSTED standards
- Work with SMT to improve quality across all services
- Report to company director, providing reports and feedback to present to the company's board memebers
- Ensure that all homes manage budgets effectively and appropriately
- Assist with senior management recruitment
- Liaise with all roles within the company, ensuring each part of the business are working in sync and towards the same goals
- Represent the company externally, building positive relationships with other professional bodies and companies
- Up to £90,000 - £100,000
- + bonuses
- Full-time, permanent role
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge working at a senior management level within Ofsted-regulated services
- Background of commercial involvement within children's residential homes
- Driving licence
