Operations Manager - Children's Residential
North West
Up to £65,000 + Car allowance + welcome and performance bonuses up to £13,000
Job Details:
- Operations Manager over 4 children's residential care homes
- Oversee homes in Preston, Lancaster and South Yorkshire
- All open homes are rated GOOD by OFSTED, one home is to be opened
- Work within the SMT to ensure all homes are safe and effective
- Ensure that all homes are compliant with all relevant legislation and regulations
- Line manage Registered Managers within the homes
- Oversee the external monitoring of practice within the Homes
- Lead on safeguarding concerns
- Lead on management recruitment, supporting with in-house recruitment and staff development
- Manage budgets
- Office options in Preston
Contract:
- £65,000
- + £10,000 quality bonuses
- + £3,000 welcome bonus
- + £3,600 car allowance
Requirements:
- Driving Licence
- Level 5 in leadership and management
- Open to Operations Managers or Registered Managers
- Need to have LD experience
