Job Title: Operations Manager - Children's Residential
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire, UK
Salary: Up to £75,000 DOE + up to £6,000 bonuses + company car

Job Description:
A leading specialist provider is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee two children’s residential homes in Bradford. This is a vital role for a professional committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Operations Manager will play a key part in maintaining the safety, wellbeing, and development of children in care, while leading a dedicated team of Registered Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of two children’s residential homes in Bradford
• Ensure all homes meet OFSTED guidelines and regulatory standards
• Lead on safeguarding concerns and promote a culture of safety and quality care
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet organisational goals
• Line manage and support Registered Managers across the homes
• Maintain Responsible Individual registration and compliance
• Lead on staff development, training, and performance management
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies

Requirements:

• Level 5 qualification in leadership and management
• Proven operations management experience within children’s residential care
• Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
