Job Details:

Operations Manager - Children's Residential
Overseeing 4 GOOD or above ofsted rated children's homes
The role includes Responsible Individual registration
Line managing Registered Managers
Working with the MD and Admin teams to ensure the safe management of all services
All homes are EBD homes
All homes are 2 or 3-bedded homes
Ensure all homes meet OFSTED guidelines
Lead on safeguarding concerns
Manage budgets
All homes are based in Derby

Contract Details:

Full-time, contract
Monday - Friday
£70,000 - £80,000 (DOE)
+ company car
+ performance bonus
+ expansion bonuses

Requirement Details:

Level 5 in leadership and management
Operations Management experience, or outstanding Registered Manager experience
Driving Licence
