Introduction:
Join our client as an Operations Manager and Responsible Individual, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding high-quality children's residential services. Make a meaningful difference by ensuring the continued success and compliance of all homes under your leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee four OFSTED-rated children's homes, all rated GOOD or above.
• Ensure all homes meet OFSTED guidelines and compliance standards.
• Lead and support Registered Managers across all services.
• Handle safeguarding concerns promptly and effectively.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Work closely with the MD and administrative teams to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and staff.
• Lead on safeguarding issues and ensure the safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.

Requirements:

• Essential:
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
  • Proven operations management experience or extensive registered manager background.
  • Full, valid driving licence.
• Desirable:
  • Experience working within children's residential care, particularly EBD homes.
