Operations Manager / Responsible Individual
Derby, Salary up to £80,000 (including bonuses), Company car, Full-time, Monday – Friday
Introduction:
Join our client as an Operations Manager and Responsible Individual, where you'll play a pivotal role in guiding high-quality children's residential services. Make a meaningful difference by ensuring the continued success and compliance of all homes under your leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee four OFSTED-rated children's homes, all rated GOOD or above.
- Ensure all homes meet OFSTED guidelines and compliance standards.
- Lead and support Registered Managers across all services.
- Handle safeguarding concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Work closely with the MD and administrative teams to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and staff.
- Lead on safeguarding issues and ensure the safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
Requirements:
- Essential:
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
- Proven operations management experience or extensive registered manager background.
- Full, valid driving licence.
- Desirable:
- Experience working within children's residential care, particularly EBD homes.
