Are you an experienced and highly motivated residential manager seeking a rewarding leadership role? Join our client, a leading specialist provider dedicated to family and child welfare, as the Residential Family Centre Manager. This pivotal position involves overseeing a thriving Residential Family Centre (RFC) with a focus on delivering high-quality parenting assessments in a safe, nurturing environment. The centre is proud of its excellent Regulation 25 inspection outcomes and aims to achieve an 'Outstanding' rating at its first official inspection.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Oversee all aspects of the Residential Family Centre, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards. -
Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional service and promote positive outcomes for families. -
Quality Assurance:
Drive continuous service improvement, uphold the highest standards of care, and ensure assessments meet professional and regulatory expectations. -
Assessment Oversight:
Manage the timely and professional completion of parenting assessments, utilising tools such as ParentAssess where appropriate.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Social Worker (QSW) qualification is desirable.
- Experience in conducting parenting assessments is advantageous, preferably with training in ParentAssess.
- Proven leadership skills within a residential or family assessment setting.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and quality standards in family and children's services.
- Excellent communication, team management, and decision-making abilities.
