Salary: £173.00 per day minimum

Employment Type: Part-time, Temporary, Long-term - 8:30 a.m to 3:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Secondary Supply Teacher based in Cardiff, your daily duties will include:

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans effectively to engage students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Managing classroom behaviour confidently, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Creating an inclusive, motivating atmosphere for teenagers.
• Adapting quickly to different school routines, policies, and digital learning platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful as a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or be willing to register.
• Demonstrate strong classroom presence, excellent communication skills, and confidence in managing secondary learners.
• Possess an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to process one.
• Have a proactive, adaptable attitude suited to various school environments.
