Vetro Education is excited to partner with a well-regarded secondary school in the Swansea area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic PE Teacher.
This is a fantastic opportunity to fully immerse yourself in school life and make a real impact on students across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4. You'll take on the full responsibilities of a classroom teacher.
This full-time, long-term role runs Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:10 pm, commencing in September 2025. You'll be teaching a range of students in Years 7, 8, and 9, as well as GCSE and A-Level classes. The school welcomes applications from both Male and Female PE Teachers.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead engaging and dynamic PE lessons for students in Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4.
- Prepare stimulating classroom environments and develop effective schemes of work where necessary.
- Deliver the PE curriculum in line with national guidelines.
- Inspire learners through both practical and theoretical activities.
- Adhere to the school's behaviour management policies to create a positive learning environment.
The Candidate: What You'll Need to Succeed:
- At least 1 year of PE teaching experience (consideration will be given to enthusiastic NQTs).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification.
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) as a Teacher (we can provide support with this process).
- References covering the last two years with no gaps in employment history.
- A current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
