Your Role Will Involve:

• Providing dignified and compassionate personal care, ensuring students are comfortable and ready to learn.

• Championing positive behaviour by co-developing and implementing individualised support plans.

• Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to create a holistic and supportive learning environment.

• Nurturing each student's potential and celebrating every achievement, no matter how small.
