Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Plan, prepare, and assess lesson materials to support curriculum objectives
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote respectful student interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance student learning
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding and student wellbeing
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Ability to inspire and motivate children
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
