Job Title: Primary School Teaching Assistant - Full-Time Role in Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent

Location: Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent, UK

Salary: £88.92 per day (minimum)

Our client, a leading primary school in Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent, is seeking a dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis. If you have a nurturing approach and enjoy working with children in the foundation phase, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide general classroom support to ensure smooth daily activities
• Work closely with the Class Teacher to support lesson delivery and classroom management
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
• Support children's learning and development through individual and group activities
• Assist with the supervision and safeguarding of children during breaks and activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with primary school children is desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting learners
• Ability to adapt to different student needs and classroom environments
• DBS check or willingness to obtain one

Working Pattern:

• Full-time, long-term role, Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
