About the role
As an experienced and confident Primary Teacher, you will thrive in new environments, working in different schools in West Derby and throughout Liverpool. We have roles available in early years, KS1 and KS2, with clients seeking cover for both long-term placements and day-to-day supply.

Pay : £140 - £220 per day depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Educate students in various subjects, ensuring that learning objectives are met.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative educational environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement and effective discipline strategies.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and respect among students.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with teaching methodologies and educational trends.

Requirements

  • Primary QTS is essential
  • Proven experience teaching at either early years, KS1 or KS2 levels
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Experience in behaviour management within an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds is crucial.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in the classroom.
