Key Responsibilities
As a Primary School Teaching Assistant - Foundation Phase Support based in Caerphilly, your daily duties will include:

• Providing in-class support to help pupils access learning and stay engaged throughout the day
• Working closely with the class teacher to prepare resources, support lesson delivery, and reinforce key learning points
• Supporting individual pupils and small groups with targeted activities (including early literacy, numeracy, and play-based learning)

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Primary School Teaching Assistant - Foundation Phase Support, you will need:

• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (paid or transferable school-based experience preferred)
• A confident, caring approach with the ability to build positive, professional relationships with pupils and staff
• Enhanced DBS Check (Child Workforce) (or willingness to apply)
