Salary: Minimum £95 per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson delivery
• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils, encouraging independence
• Assist pupils with speech, communication, and language difficulties
• Support pupils with autism spectrum condition, severe learning difficulties, and physical or medical needs
• Foster a positive and nurturing environment that prioritises pupil wellbeing
• Contribute to personalised care and support plans for pupils with additional needs
• Help develop pupils’ social skills and confidence through engaging activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to individual pupil needs
• Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting inclusive education
• Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting pupils’ development
