Your Role
As a Quality and Development Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our homes are not only compliant with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, but also places where young people can thrive. -
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, schools, health services, and other key stakeholders.
-
Continuous Improvement: Drive quality and continuous improvement across the organisation, including employee training and development.
Working Hours
This is a 40-hour per week role, typically Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. However, a high degree of flexibility is required to meet the needs of our homes. This may include working varied shifts or sleep-ins, and participating in on-call duties.
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with a strong background in children's residential services who has a comprehensive understanding of regulations and quality standards. You should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills. Your ability to build trusting relationships and support teams will be essential to success in this role.
