Children's Residential Quality Assurance Manager
South Manchester
Up to £65,000 + 10% bonuses
Job Details:
- Children's Residential Quality Assurance Manager
- Joining a well-established organisation that provides care and support to children and young people within residential and educational provisions across the north west
- Overall aim of the role will be to support the Operations Director and the senior management team to improve the quality across all residential
services.
- Work alongside all RMs and SMT within the organisation
- Work within a network of children's homes to ensure the meet company and OFSTED standards
- Travel between the services, undertaking audits of the quality of care
- Develop and implement systems that will effectively monitor and measure quality of care within all services
- Support with expansion and opening of new homes
- Head office is based in South manchester
Contract Details
- Up to £65,000
- + 10% bonus scheme
- Full-time, permanent contract
Requirements Details:
- 2 years experience in a management role within children's residential care
- Proven track record in quality and assurance
- Level 5 in leadership and management
- Driving licence
