What you'll do:

- Strength-Based Practice: Promote a strengths-based approach and ensure that children's voices are heard.
- Service Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and drive positive change within the service.

- Safeguarding Champion: Uphold safeguarding standards and promote the best interests of children.
What you'll need:
- Social Work Qualification: A recognized social work degree and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience: Significant experience in child protection or child in care work.
- Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to critically analyze complex cases and identify key issues.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
