Regional Manager – Children's Residential Services

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Manager to join one of the UK's leading Children's Residential Service providers. This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent earning potential and significant career progression opportunities.

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of seven children's homes. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead and inspire a growing and ambitious organization, making a real impact through a holistic and integrated approach to care.

Salary & Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Up to £65,000 per year

  • Car Allowance: £3,600 per year

  • Total Earning Potential: £68,600 per year
  • Fixed-term contract (12 months)

 

The Role

You will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and management for a portfolio of seven services, including those in the West Midlands and North Wales. The services are registered as Children’s Homes, and you will support and guide Registered Managers to achieve the highest levels of performance. Your goal is to help them meet and exceed quality standards, ensuring exceptional support for young people.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: You must have dual-site or multi-site management experience in a children's residential setting.

  • Qualifications: You need to hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Children's Services (NVQ or QCF).

  • Regulations: Strong knowledge of both Ofsted and RISCA regulations is essential.

  • Licence & Transport: A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle are required for travel between services.
