Job Details:
- Children's Home Regional Manager
- Working within a well-established organisation, that offers industry leading support and training
- Responsible Individual for 6 children's residential care homes
- All homes are based in Manchester and Greater Manchester
- All homes specialise in support for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
- Line manage each home's Registered Manager
- Work with RMs to ensure the safe and effective management of each children's home, ensuring all homes meet company and OFSTED standards
- Lead on senior management recruitment
- Work alongside the SMT and HR department in staff management
- Autonomy to manage own diary
Contract Details:
- Full-time, permanent contract
- Salary up to £75,000
- + Up to £20,000 in bonuses
- Loyalty programme is available to all management staff members
Requirements Details:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- 2 years + experience as an Responsible Individual is essential
- Driving Licence
