We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager to lead supported living services across South Wales. As the Regional Manager, you will oversee multiple supported living locations, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Supported Living Managers across various locations in South Wales.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from CIW, Local Authority, and CHC.
- Lead on business growth opportunities within the region.
- Collaborate with supported living teams to promote person-centred support and independence.
- Participate in policy reviews, quality assurance visits, and staff recruitment processes.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve organisational goals and strategic plans.
- Foster a positive, inclusive working environment that encourages team development and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in supported living or social care settings.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and compliance in adult social care.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in IT and database systems for reporting and analysis.
