Salary: £25 - £58 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to deliver personalized care and social needs
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Reviewing and planning individual care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Implementing care and treatment plans effectively
- Liaising with other healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Providing therapeutic and holistic support to enhance patients' quality of life
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN
- Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally within social care or healthcare settings
- Experience working with dementia and elderly care is desirable
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering excellent patient care
- Right to work in the UK
