Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Dementia & Healthcare Settings
Location: Bridgend, Wales, UK
Salary: £25 - £58 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and review care plans for patients
- Implement personalized care and treatment plans
- Support patients with dementia and other health conditions, respecting their individual needs and life stories
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide therapeutic and holistic care to enhance patients' quality of life
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN
- Previous experience in a nursing role, preferably with dementia or elderly care
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to patient well-being
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
