Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medication and monitoring patient health

- Implementing care and treatment strategies

- Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to promote their well-being
- Providing holistic and therapeutic care tailored to each patient’s needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an RGN in a healthcare setting
- Valid NMC PIN
- Right to work in the UK
- Compassionate, committed, and adaptable approach to patient care
- Experience with dementia, EMI, or elderly nursing is desirable but not essential
