Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and review care plans for patients
- Implement individualised care and treatment plans
- Support patients with dementia and other health conditions, respecting their unique personalities and life stories
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide therapeutic and holistic care to enhance patients' quality of life
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally with dementia or elderly care
- Compassionate, committed, and patient-focused approach
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience in general nursing, hospital nursing, elderly nursing homes, or EMI & dementia care is desirable
