Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Dementia Care (Temporary)
Location: Aberdare, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales
Salary: £29 - £58 per hour (including holiday pay)
Job Description:
Are you a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a strong background in dementia care and supporting people with complex health conditions? This Registered General Nurse (RGN) role is available in Aberdare and the surrounding areas, supporting high-standard nursing homes with compassionate, person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualised nursing care for patients with dementia and other health conditions
- Administer medication in line with care plans and clinical requirements
- Review and plan care to support changing patient needs
- Implement care and treatment plans effectively
- Liaise with other professionals and families to ensure coordinated, holistic care
- Maintain a first-class standard of care and support patients to achieve the best quality of life
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) experience in a nursing role
- Valid NMC PIN
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience supporting patients with dementia and/or EMI is highly desirable
- Compassionate, committed approach to care, with the ability to work across different nursing environments
