Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to deliver personalized care and social needs
- Administering medication and reviewing care plans
- Implementing care and treatment plans tailored to individual patients
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and families to ensure holistic care
- Providing therapeutic and compassionate support to patients, respecting their unique personalities and life stories
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN
- Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally with dementia or elderly care
- Right to work in the UK
- Compassionate, committed, and adaptable approach to patient care
- Experience in general nursing, hospital nursing, elderly nursing homes, or EMI & dementia care is desirable
