Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to deliver personalized care and social needs
• Administering medication and reviewing care plans
• Implementing care and treatment plans tailored to individual patients
• Liaising with healthcare professionals and families to ensure holistic care
• Providing therapeutic and compassionate support to patients, respecting their unique personalities and life stories

Requirements:

• Valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN
• Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally with dementia or elderly care
• Right to work in the UK
• Compassionate, committed, and adaptable approach to patient care
• Experience in general nursing, hospital nursing, elderly nursing homes, or EMI & dementia care is desirable
