Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and review care plans for patients
- Implement individualised care and treatment strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Support patients with dementia and other health conditions, respecting their personal stories and preferences
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to care standards
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN
- Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally within social care or healthcare settings
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to patient well-being
- Right to work in the UK
