Our client, a leading specialist provider, is seeking dedicated RGNs to join various high-standard nursing homes across Swansea and the surrounding areas. As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will support patients with dementia and other health conditions, delivering holistic and therapeutic care tailored to each individual. Whether you prefer day, night, or weekend shifts, this role provides excellent pay rates, weekly payments, and a variety of social care and healthcare settings to choose from.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medication and reviewing care plans
- Developing and implementing individualised care and treatment plans
- Providing therapeutic and holistic care to patients with dementia and other health conditions
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Supporting patients to maintain their independence and quality of life
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally with dementia or elderly care
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience with EMI & dementia care is desirable but not essential
