This Registered General Nurse (RGN) role offers flexible temporary agency working across nursing homes in Swansea, with shifts available to suit your work/life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred nursing care as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in Swansea nursing homes
- Support patients with dementia and other health conditions, providing holistic and therapeutic care
- Administer medication in line with care plans and clinical standards
- Review and plan care for patients, ensuring needs are met consistently
- Implement care and treatment plans effectively
- Liaise with other professionals and families to support patient care and wellbeing
Requirements:
- Experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) with previous experience in a nursing role
- Valid NMC PIN
- Right to work in the UK
- Compassionate and committed approach to care, with experience across multiple settings (e.g., general nursing, hospital nursing, elderly nursing home nursing)
- Experience with EMI and dementia is desirable

- Shifts: Days, nights, and weekends (temporary, flexible)

- Pay: £29 - £58 per hour, including holiday pay
- Weekly pay and excellent rates of pay
