Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to deliver personalized care and social needs
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Reviewing and planning individual care plans
- Implementing care and treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Valid NMC PIN
- Right to work in the UK
- Compassionate, committed, and adaptable with experience in general nursing, hospital nursing, elderly care, or dementia care
