Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to deliver personalized care and social support
- Administering medication and reviewing care plans

- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and wellbeing
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally within elderly or dementia care settings
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to high standards of patient care
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience with EMI & dementia care is desirable but not essential
