Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred nursing care for residents with dementia and other health conditions across Cardiff
- Administer medication safely and in line with care plans for Registered General Nurse (RGN) shifts in Cardiff
- Review, plan, and implement individual care and treatment plans as part of the Registered General Nurse (RGN) role
- Liaise with other professionals and support families to ensure holistic care in Cardiff nursing homes
- Work days, nights, and weekends to meet service needs as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in Cardiff
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and experience as an RGN for Registered General Nurse (RGN) roles in Cardiff
- Previous experience in a nursing role, including care home or elderly care exposure (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to provide compassionate, therapeutic care for residents living with dementia in Cardiff
- Willingness to work flexible temporary shifts across Cardiff and surrounding areas
