Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medication and review care plans for patients

- Support patients with dementia and other health conditions, respecting their individual personalities and life stories
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with care standards
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN
- Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally within social care or healthcare settings
- Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts in Caerphilly and surrounding areas
- Right to work in the UK
