Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medication to patients in accordance with care plans

- Providing therapeutic and person-centred care to enhance quality of life
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN)
- Valid NMC PIN
- Experience in general nursing, hospital nursing, elderly care, or dementia care is preferred
- Right to work in the UK
