Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Dementia & Healthcare Support
Location: Bridgend, Wales, UK
Salary: £29 - £58 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Reviewing and planning personalised care for patients
- Implementing care and treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Providing therapeutic and holistic care to patients with dementia and other health conditions
- Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Supporting patients to maintain their independence and quality of life
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally within social care or healthcare settings
- Experience working with dementia and elderly care is desirable
- Compassionate, committed, and able to provide person-centred care
- Right to work in the UK
