Job Title: Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Dementia & Healthcare
Location: Swansea, Wales
Salary: £26 - £58 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administering medication safely and accurately
- Reviewing and planning personalised care for patients
- Implementing care and treatment plans in accordance with best practices
- Liaising with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Supporting patients with dementia and other health conditions to meet their social and medical needs
- Providing therapeutic and holistic care to promote well-being and independence
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN
- Previous experience in a nursing role, ideally within social care or healthcare settings
- Experience with dementia, EMI, or elderly care is desirable
- Compassionate, committed, and able to work flexibly across shifts
- Right to work in the UK
