Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Bicester
Salary: £46,781 – £49,234 per annum + £10,000 Annual Bonus
Home Capacity: 3 Young People (Currently 1 in placement)
Ofsted Rating: Good (since August 2024)

Are you an experienced and passionate leader in children’s residential care, looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting a Registered Manager to oversee a well-established home in Bicester, providing high-quality care for young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment that enables young people to thrive. With the capacity to care for up to 3 children (currently 1 in placement), this is a great opportunity to lead a close-knit, focused team and make a meaningful impact.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience managing a children’s residential home

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and children’s safeguarding

• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
