We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager to lead the team. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) situated in Radstock, Somerset, offering stunning views and a supportive community setting.
The home provides residential support for seven autistic males and females, and people who have a learning disability. This is more than just a job; it’s a chance to work in an environment committed to personalised support and helping people move forward with confidence towards a healthier, more fulfilling future.
What You'll Be Doing: Step Up as a Leader

Lead with Inspiration: Effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care.

Key Player: Assist qualified staff with assessing and implementing individual patient care plans and overseeing routine tasks that facilitate resident well-being, dignity, and treatment.

Qualifications: You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), or be actively working towards it.
